I used to have the a boston terrier. Ugliest dog you’ve ever seen, poor guy had a really smooshed in face so instesd of sniffing he’d snort like a pig. Deapite that he has a heart of gold and was such a cuddle bug. Whenever my brother would cry when he was an infant Uggie would come over and start sniffing (snorting) him and my brother would go from tears to laughter. He made the baby period so easy on my parents because it like he knew my brother was upset and knew just what to do to calm him down. Few years later we had to put him down due to health issues, i spent 4 hours digging his grave and we buried him under this shady tree on a hill overlooking the house and the mountain. I still go up there and hang out and talk to him. Im probably crazy conisderimg he’s been gone since 2015 but I’d like to think hes looking down on me, even though hes a dog, he was my best friend.
The last dog tho, putting that blanket over the baby, he really is a good boy.
